Mark Moskovitz
Sr Vice President – Energy & Utilities
Mark Moskovitz is based in the Washington D.C. area and has over 20 years of consulting
experience in the electric, gas, and water utility industry. He is experienced across
a wide range of operational and corporate functions, for both regulated and unregulated
entities, and has had leadership roles delivering retail/customer business strategies,
processes and enabling technology, business strategy, integrated business planning,
transmission planning/divestiture, and retail commodity. Mr. Moskovitz has most
recently been focused assisting clients with the planning and implementation of
Smart Grid solutions, including a recently completed end to end implementation of
an AMI solution for a multi-jurisdictional utility.
Mr. Moskovitz also held key executive positions at IBM, Bearing Point ,Arthur Andersen
(Accenture) , Booz Allen & Hamilton and Xenergy .
Mr. Moskovitz is a regular thought leadership contributor and industry speaker.
He has co-authored Customer Transformation — A Challenge from Competitive Markets
published Q1 2012 and was a significant contributor to Energy Crisis in the Western
U.S., April 2001, Arthur Andersen and Customer Choice in the Information Age: North
American Retail Energy Scenarios to 2015 that was co-developed with Cambridge Energy
Research Associates and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Moskovitz served on the Advisory Board
of Starlight Energy, a retail energy commodity provider.

Jiggs Travis
Sr Vice President – Transmission & Distribution
Jiggs Travis has 40 years of experience in power generation, transmission and distribution.
His career began in the U.S. Navy where he was trained and ultimately operated and
maintained marine propulsion and generation systems, steam and diesel. After honorably
serving his country for nine years, he worked briefly in construction, installing
and maintaining electrical systems and controls in a wide range of applications
including packing houses, cotton gins, and numerous commercial and manufacturing
facilities. His path then took him to Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the
largest investor-owned utilities in the country, where he spent the next 30 years.
During his time at SCE, Jiggs held leadership positions in power generation, nuclear,
labor relations, transmission and distribution, and information technology. Jiggs’
responsibilities over the years have run the gamut from electrical crew supervisor
maintaining power plant electrical systems, maintenance manager of a 650MW nuclear
power plant, regional T&D manager for a geographic area more than 6,000 square miles,
to the executive responsible for the enterprise asset management team for SCE’s
recent ERP implementation. He has managed budgets, both capital and O&M in excess
of $40 million and lead work groups exceeding 250 employees. Jiggs holds a bachelor
of science degree in organizational leadership from Biola University and has participated
in numerous technical and leadership development classes over the years.

G Satish
Sr Vice President – Business Development & Solutions Delivery
Satish has spent over 20 years in key leadership positions at both start-ups and
large technology corporations. Most recently, he was co-founder of a supply chain
software company where he led go-to-market strategies, solutions and sales for the
energy industry, till acquisition by a global supply chain player. Post acquisition,
he handled strategic vertical solutions with special emphasis for the Energy vertical,
in addition to leading emerging markets strategies. His cross-functional experience
spans sales, marketing, product management, partnerships and global business development
in the US, EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions. Satish believes that the key to business
growth is amazingly customer-focused teams that share his passion for delivering
customer delight.
Satish holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma
State University, where he was elected to the Phi Kappa Phi and Alpha Pi Mu academic
honor societies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College
of Engineering, Guindy. He was named to the 2011 Supply Chain Pros-to-Know by the
Supply & Demand Chain Executive publication.

Ken Sims
Vice President – Energy & Utilities
Ken has in-depth experience developing strategic and tactical plans in support of
AMI Smart Grid infrastructure. And has successfully completed AMI Smart Grid security
and infrastructure assessments, infrastructure consolidation projects, corporate-wide
network and server upgrade projects, He has also held several senior executive positions
in Information Technologies for Fortune 100 companies including positions as Strategic
Business Unit Executive, Sr. Account Executive, Director of MIS, Director of Project
Management and Director of Data Center Operations. He has more than 25 years of
information technology experience and has managed budgets in excess of $20 million
and capital projects in excess of $25 million. .. Ken has a master of science in
technology management from Pepperdine University and a dual degree from the University
of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Arts in management and business administration. He teaches
in the technology departments of Kaplan University and the University of Phoenix
and contributes articles to Examiner.com in the Technologies and Gadgets section.

Rhonda Williams
Director of Marketing
Rhonda has more than 20 years of expertise in creating and implementing integrated
marketing communications and public relations programs for a variety of B2B and
B2C industries.
Prior to SUS, she was director of marketing communications for a technology incubator
where she set the strategic marketing direction for multiple startups with business
models based on university-developed technology innovations.
She led comprehensive marketing activities on a global scale across the United States,
Europe and Asia Pacific for companies specializing in business-to-business workforce
mobility solutions.
A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, Rhonda obtained a bachelor’s
degree in business administration, with a concentration in marketing. Rhonda is
also active in Toastmasters and holds the Competent Toastmaster designation.
